Booking & Payment Conditions
Reservations
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid debit or credit card at the time of booking. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise the card prior to arrival.
Deposits & Payments
Payment for the stay will be taken on arrival, unless the booking is made on a prepaid or non-refundable rate, in which case payment will have been taken in advance of your stay.
All bookings, regardless of rate type or payment policy, require a valid debit or credit card to be presented on arrival. This card may be used to pre-authorise funds or to settle any outstanding balance, including additional charges incurred during the stay.
Flexible bookings do not require an advance payment unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation Policy (24 Hours)
Cancellations or amendments must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time on the day of arrival.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival will be subject to a charge of the Entire Stay.
Non-arrivals (no-shows) will also be charged the first night’s stay.
Please note: this policy does not apply to group bookings (see below).
Group Bookings
Group reservations (typically 5 rooms or more) are subject to separate terms and conditions.
- Full payment may be required at the time of booking and may be processed using the card details provided.
- Cancellations or amendments must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival may result in the full booking value being charged.
- Group bookings may also be subject to staged payments and allocation requirements.
Amendments
Any changes to bookings are subject to availability and may result in a rate adjustment.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: 2:00pm
Check-out: 11:00am
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.
Voucher & Prepaid Bookings
All vouchers must be redeemed at the time of booking.
Vouchers are subject to validity dates and cannot be extended unless agreed in writing.
Prepaid and promotional rates are non-refundable and non-transferable unless stated otherwise.
Damage & Conduct
The hotel reserves the right to charge guests for any damage caused to property or for any additional cleaning required following their stay. Charges may be applied to the card details provided at the time of booking or check-in.
Breakfast
If breakfast is included within your rate, it is served in the Woodlands Restaurant:
- Monday – Friday: 7:00am – 9:00am
- Saturday & Sunday: 8:00am – 9:30am
Leisure Facilities
The hotel offers on-site Health Club & Spa facilities.
- Selected rate codes include access Monday to Thursday.
- From Friday to Sunday, access is chargeable for all guests:
- Adults: £20.00
- Children (under 12): £10.00
Please note that use of the facilities is subject to the Health Club’s terms and conditions, including restrictions such as designated family swim times.
